All of our Plantronics M1100 bluetooth come with a 30 day return/exchange guarantee (except for items advertised as broken). If we have a replacement item in stock, we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a refund. Often times, our technicians are able to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to solve the problem. Please note that any items that do not state in the listing that a new battery has been installed will not be accepted for return/exchange based on the life of the battery.

Upon receiving your item, if you feel that the item you received is not consistent with our grading scale, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt.
Your Item Doesn’t Function Properly:
If you received your item and you find that it does not function properly, contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will issue you a replacement or a refund based on available inventory.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved for a return, you will receive an email with return instructions and in some cases, a prepaid return label.
